Payments & Subscriptions
Life Partner offers a free tier (available for the first 3 months) and a paid subscription plan for continued access to premium features. When you choose to subscribe, payment is processed entirely through the platform's official in-app payment system — we do not directly collect or store your payment card details.
Subscription Plans
- Free Period: Full access to the entire Service for the first 3 months at no charge. No payment information is required during this period.
- Paid Monthly Subscription: After the 3-month free period, a recurring monthly subscription is required to continue using Life Partner. Access to the Service is suspended if no active subscription is in place. Pricing is displayed clearly within the app before you subscribe.
Payment Processors
Apple Store In-App Payments
If you subscribe through an Apple device, payment is processed by Apple Inc. via the Apple App Store. Your payment information is handled solely by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy. We do not have access to your full payment details. Subscription management and cancellation can be done through your Apple ID account settings.
Google Play In-App Payments
If you subscribe through an Android device, payment is processed by Google LLC via the Google Play Store. Your payment information is handled solely by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not have access to your full payment details. Subscription management and cancellation can be done through your Google Play account settings.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple or Google respectively, as they manage all billing transactions.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as analytics, email delivery, and hosting.
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Data Retention

8.1 Account Deletion Requests
If you request deletion of your account, the following process applies:
- Suspension: Your account is immediately suspended upon receiving your deletion request. During this period, your account and all associated data remain in our systems but are inaccessible to you and other users.
- 14-Day Recovery Window: You have 14 days from the date of your deletion request to cancel it and recover your account. To recover your account within this window, simply log in to the app and click the "Restore Account" button when prompted. No further action or contact with support is required.
- Permanent Deletion: If no recovery request is received within the 14-day window, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. This includes your profile information, uploaded content, and usage history, except where retention is required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Security
The security of your data is important to us, but please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
